Gospel + Faith = Power

The gospel, plus faith equals power. Some of us are looking for God's power in our lives. We're looking for power for salvation. 

We're looking for power to be transformed into God's image more and more in our walk and the way that we live. Some of us are looking for God's power for deliverance from addiction, from sin and bondage to things.

Some of us are looking for power from God's kingdom to deliver a loved one from illness or other things that the enemy would bring into their life. 

The power is in the Gospel, the good news of Jesus Christ, and it's released into our life through simple faith in God for His unearned favor through the work of the cross of Jesus Christ. 

It sounds too easy, so simple it's almost silly. Try it and see it work in your life!  Believe today that you have the favor of God in every area of your life, not because of your effort or good works, but because Jesus took your sins to the cross and you are forever forgiven and right with Him.
